What service will we offer? Our Veterans will offer a food truck fleet with two types of food service. On our first version we will offer selection of coffee, tea, gourmet hot granola, oatmeal and yogurt, that can be customized with our selection of toppings and syrups. Our second Version will offer BBQ Steak sandwiches, gourmet sausages, and a selection of chillis. We will have a selection of over 50 BBQ sauces to choose from and a will combined this with a online BBQ sauce sales service. Who will our customers be? Moderately Health conscious individuals who are looking for a meal or snack alternative to the traditional coffee shop or fast food restaurant and people who are tired of Starbucks coffee's high prices. We will also be able to cater to parks and other locations where nontraditional restaurants don't work. We can also attend food fairs, carnivals and hold promotional events.
How will this help the people of Las Vegas? We will be providing a unique dining experience that allows us to offer our services in nontraditional places. We will also be able to offer very affordable gourmet food that is moderately healthy bridging the gourmet healthy food and traditional fast food.
What will we charge? Our coffee will always be priced 10% lower than the surrounding Starbucks cafes. We expect our food to range between $2 and $5 for individual servings.
How will we pay ourselves? At first all our employees will be salaried as they learn the ropes and show they are ready to become franchise partners. Our ultimate goal is to set up a nationwide network of wounded veteran owned franchises following the NFL (National Football League) model of owner profit sharing allowing for more stores and a lower prices to our customers while making sure our veterans make a reasonable team oriented profit for themselves.
Our second form of income. We will also offer our custom crafted granola, granola syrups, and BBQ sauces shipped fresh to the customers door through or our app and online store.
How are we going to promote our product? We will have teams of veterans placed around LAs Vegas passing out samples of our granola with a invitation to download our app where you can see our menu, get updated on our progress as a business and see daily specials or deals being served in individual neighborhoods. We also plan on PURPOSELY creating a price war and hostile business competition with Starbucks and lower the amount of money the working class pay for brunt beans boiled in water.
How do we get referrals? When a customer downloads the app they are given a free coffee or a bowl of granola just for trying us out. We will also use our employees as social media promotion agents and have them promote around the city giving away granola coupons they carry as gifts for potential customers.
What is our sweet smell of success? We will consider ourselves successful when we have profitably placed 20 trucks in every neighborhood in LAs Vegas. and have at least 5 profitable Truck commissaries with 20 trucks each in other cities. We will also want to have a Franchise mill in full operation with full international franchising capabilities.
Company challenges. How do we get it so that no customer has to spend more than 2 minutes getting their order? How do we provide roadside service in a city where drive through ordering is out of the question? How do we manufacture our Commisaries at a fast enough expansion rate to force the closure of at least 25% of Starbucks teritiory?
Possible solution.
1) We're betting we can build an app for that. 2) We want to use new tech for curbside service with wait staff. 2) We've got Veterans! Taking enemy territory is what they do!
